Yeay, It's Friday. It's gym day. I was pretty occupied with work and the next thing i know was it's already 6.10pm. I told Azli that i will be in KLCC at approx 6.40. It was pretty impossibe because Friday's traffic is always pretty bad. and KLCC is right in the middle of the jam.

I was there at almost 7pm and he got the food ready for break fasting. We had it at KFC.

Fedo came a little later as he was pretty tied-up with work himself. Futhermore, his office is at Sepang. No argument.

We finished our meal, went for ciggie and head up to gym. As we were walking in the mall, we were distracted by this huge crowd queing infront of Isetan. It was their pre-sale for Isetan members.

I am a member, so i suggested that we go for a tour. With full confident, i flash my card and said "3 person". It was then that we discovered that it's stictly for members, not for members and their friends.

Fedo and Azli got themselves registered right away.

Was the sale good? I'd say it was pretty interesting. The only turn-off point is there were just too many people, and everyone is buying more-or-less the same thing!. I dont really favor bumping into people with the same shirt.

See... everyone is looking at the same stuff!

But the discount was good!

Well, Fedo was planning for a serious shopping spree for quite sometime already. I'm gonna let the pictures speak for itself. Hahahaha

Later on, we head up to Gym. It was already 10.00pm. We have less than an hour to workout.

Fitness First

After an extreme rushed workout, we head up to the "Waffle place" near Azli's house. That name was given by us as we normally go there for the waffle. The actual name is :
