Working Out

It's gym day. One of my new year resolution is to make full use of my spending. I'm registered with Fitness First for 2 years now but have not done any workout due to Ramadhan, work and (ok, lets face it)...lazy.

I have decided that i will go back to my 3-times a week routine. I hope to keep it that way.

Left office approx 7pm and shoot straight to KLCC. Azli was already waiting. I got there about 35mins after him, and Fedo arrived shortly later.

First was on treadmill.

Fedo was all energized!

Then it was strecthing time. Very important.

Then work on the tummy. Haha

Before you start, make sure you clean up the equipment. Always!

Wipe all the disgusting sweat away!

Then work your sets

Completed his set. Its obvious he was strugling!

Then on this thing.

His instructor tought him some funny stuff.

Tadaaa....Learn this from the Yoga instructor.

Right after gym, i called Liena and told her that we're heading to Lotus for dinner (yeah, i eat before & after gym!)

And someone arrived looking all good and glowing for no reason.

Me: You look different.
Liena: Huh? Why?
Me: I don't know. Your face is clean, and... nice!
Liena: Really? Nothing lah
Me: Yeah, you look "Glowing"
Liena: Gosh, i'm 10 days late
Me: I will disown you if it's "Him"

This lady work at Lotus. She is extremely nice. Always with a huge welcoming smile, and remember us. I think she has been working there for 3 years. And the best part it, she gave me discount all the time!

On the other note, I am officially disturbed. Finished a box of Dunhill Menthol Lights today. I don't know why!

Another long day..

I had to wake up as early as 7.30am coz i need to go to Shah Alam to fetch my little brother. He is suspected Dengue and being treated at Hospital Putrajaya.

Journey from my house to his college is about 45 mins and from there to Putrajaya is another 45mins. We arrive at the hospital approx 9.00am and he was directed to go for a blood test.

The attendant said "Come back after 2 hours for the result". I was a little sleepy coz i only had 4 hours sleep last night, so, we went to my elder brother's house, which is about 20mins from the hospital.

Took a litttle nap and shoot back to the hospital approx 11.30am. Did we get the result on time? Hell No!! His name was only called at 1.20pm! I was pissed, but didn't say a word. I have to convinced myself that things will always be like this (I mean, with govt hospitals).

His Platlet count was at 116 yesterday but went down to 106 today. The doc said he need to check again tomorrow. The possibility of dengue is there.

We head to giant Shah Alam as i need to supply him with his medication.... which is 100plus! He need to drink plenty of isotonic drink. I was admitted with dengue few years back, and i know how does it feel. I just hope my bro will get well soon.

Instructed him to drink a can of 100plus every hour.

8.00am - Got ready and went to Sepang. Had to send some stuff to my brother's house.

12.30pm - Got back home, ordered Dominos for lunch

2.00pm - Spent time with my bie

3.00pm - Got an sms from a friend a NAZA who is in urgent need of my assistance

5.00pm - Went to Masjid India to buy stuff

8.00pm - Went to ampang to do more shopping

9.00pm - Met Fedo & Azli. Had our discussion as they accompany me for dinner

10.25pm - Went to Carrefour Ampang to buy some last minute stuff

11.30pm - Arrive at Naza and start working

3.00am - Got home and straight to bed

Wanna know what is it all about? Hehe... Me, Fedo & Azli has a small "Profit making hobby" where we do deco. Since we all have our professional career, we only do these stuff during weekends.

Below are pics of what we did. This project falls under the "Emergency case" and we had to come up with something huge with limited budget and time. I call it "Altar of Wealth" Hahaha...

I visited my client, Red Bull. Took the oppurtunity to check out their mini and the chicks. hehe.. The girls drive the super cool car and visit various spots everyday.

Candles for the car

One of my client, de KENNER has arguably the best collection of candles in town. The only sell Prices candles, which is imported from the UK. I heard that Prices supplies candles for the Buckingham Palace & supplier to Her Majesty the Queen, and His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales. It's true, and i know why.


I bought some few months back and accidently left it in my car. Suprisingly, it didn't melt and my car smell wonderful!


I bought some for myself and of course, for Bie.

My Fav. Really nice smell!
