I enjoy smoking although I know it's going to kill me. Until recently, I have never had the urge to quit.

Even though I am looking forward to quitting, the most prevalent emotion I feel is fear. Can I even do it? Am I ready? How can I resist the temptation?

I can't rely on willpower ( or the lack of it), so I bought myself a pack of 21mg Nicotine patch. The programme suggests taking it for a total of 10 weeks ( gradually reducing the dosage).

Let the temptation fight begins!
