Travelling to Beijing just got easier as AirAsia X will fly directly from Kuala Lumpur to the Chinese capital from June 22 2012.
There are four flights a week between Beijing Capital International Airport and the Kuala Lumpur Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT). AirAsia X will also provide once daily flights to Beijing from Aug 6 onwards.
I was there during the announcement of this service and had a chance to tour the magnificent city.
Will certainly go back to check out the forbidden city & great wall!
